Former Dolphins head coach Brian Flores is the biggest name in the NFL’s fifth edition of it’s Accelerator program decided to strengthen the pipeline of diverse candidate for coaching and front office positions.
Brian Flores still has an outstanding lawsuit for racial bias about the Broncos, Giants, and Texans, and an arbitration case against the Dolphins. However, last year he said the accelerator was “great” and that “exposure leads to expansion. That’s a real and true statement.”
