Super Bowl Betting Tips

Even though the NFL season is coming to a close, we have the GREATEST SHOW ON TURF to look forward to this coming Sunday (3rd of February)

In today’s article, I will be giving you my tips for the result, first TD scorer, MVP and my outside bet of the Super Bowl.

Pat’s v Ram’s

First of all, let’s talk about the teams that are there, The New England Patriots have made it to the Big Show for the third time in the last three years and nine times out of the last 18. With the GOAT, Tom Brady and coach Bill Belichek, the Patriots will be favoured to win their sixth ring in the last 18 years. After overcoming Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs at Arrowhead in the AFC Championship, in what was a classic encounter, this will feel like an easier game for a lot of the Pats fans.

Now the Rams have not been to a Super Bowl since the last time both of these sides met in 2001, which started the dynasty for the Patriots. The Rams are a polar opposite of the Patriots, they have a young QB in Jared Goff and 33 year old head coach in Sean Mcvey – who is 8 years younger than the Pats QB.

The Rams have had a great season and it ended with a great result in the NFC Championship against the New Orleans Saints, The Rams have some serious weapons on their side including Goff, the All Pro RB Todd Gurley and their main weapon is the dominant Aaron Donald who will surly be crowned the Defensive Player of the Year.

My Super Bowl Pick

In my opinion, this game is going to end up in a shootout. The Rams have a plethora of attacking weapons and the Pats have the GOAT. Both teams are bound to put up points as both sides have struggled defensively at times this year.

I will be backing he New England Patriots to win this and gain their 7th Super Bowl win in 9 attempts with Tom Brady under centre. I just think Brady will have to much for the Rams D and i can see another late fourth quarter drive for the GOAT to give the Pats the title.

Super Bowl: First Touchdown Scorer

First TD Scorer-Sony Michel-7/1

The Rookie Michel had an ok regular season even though he struggled with a couple of injuries along the way, however, in the postseason Michel has shown class. He has multiple touchdowns in both playoff games so far and I can see him having another big game in the Super Bowl.

MVP

MVP – Tom Brady – EVS

If the game goes the way I think it will, Tom Brady will end up as the Superbowl MVP.

Outside Bet

Outside Bet – James Develin-9/1

Develin has had his best year in a Patriots jersey scoring and blocking wise, The Pats have used the FB in short yardage situations, so this could quite easily be a nice bet to back.
