Way Too Early Top 25

The college basketball season does not kick off until December, but it is never too early to start ranking the teams. Finally, the deadline to withdraw from the NBA Draft has passed, and many of the teams have their rosters set for the upcoming season. So who do I think are the top teams to watch out for? Here is my Way Too Early Top 25.
